Background

A bit about who I am, where I've come from, and how I got here.

Me as a person

Outside of work, I'm a fairly simple person. I listen to a lot of Pink Floyd, play more Zelda than I probably should, and follow football and Formula 1 with the kind of quiet obsession that only makes sense to other fans. 1984 is the book I return to most often, Italian food is my default comfort, and I definitely drink too much coffee.

I'm proud of my two children as they navigate an increasingly complex world, and grateful for my wife, whose support keeps me grounded. They're the centre of everything, even when the rest of life gets noisy.

My history

I started in graphic and web design before moving into product work, which means I still care about clarity, structure, and the small details that make something feel understandable. Over time I've become more interested in how decisions get made, how teams align, and how systems behave when they're under strain.

That mix of design craft, systems awareness, and operational grounding is what shapes how I work today.
